Join WTS-KC to learn more about Missouri's Proposition D on the November ballot.

Join WTS-KC for our next luncheon to hear about a hot topic in Missouri: Proposition D. Proposition D, also known as Prop D, is an initiative to increase the motor fuel tax by two and one half cents per gallon annually for four years, beginning July 2019. If passed in November, this measure will generate at least $288 million annually to the State Road Fund for funding of Missouri state law enforcement and $123 million annually to local governments for road construction and maintenance.

Our featured speakers on the topic are Amy Wooden and Amy Blunt. Amy Wooden has a unique perspective given her work on transportation issues for HNTB. Amy Blunt has advised on communications for several campaign, including the airport vote in Kansas City last year.
