Reception for Kris Strickler

05:30 PM - 07:30 PM Pacific Standard Time

Reception for Kris Strickler, Southwest Regional Administrator for WSDOT

WTS is excited to host a reception to welcome Kris Strickler into his new position as the Southwest Regional Administrator for the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) headquartered in Vancouver, Washington. Please join us on Tuesday September 15 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Lapellah near downtown Vancouver (2520 Columbia House Blvd. #108 Vancouver, WA 98661).

Kris returns to WSDOT with a mission to serve the communities of Southwest Washington. He began his career as an entry level engineer with WSDOT, and during his time worked his way up to both a chief inspector and an assistant area engineer before he was tapped to work on the Columbia River Crossing (CRC) project. His first role with the CRC was with WSDOT as the Deputy Project Director and later as the Project Director for the Oregon Department of Transportation. He is looking forward to his new role and will work to promote community engagement and develop long-term regional transportation improvements with local partners.

Please register       by 3 PM on September 8, space is limited so register early. The reception will include light appetizers and a no-host bar. If you have any questions, please contact Colleen Smith at colleen.m.smith@dot.gov.                                                                                                                       Register Now
