Professional Development: Resolving Conflict

11:30 AM - 01:30 PM Central Standard Time

STV Incorporated
1818 Market Street, Suite 1410
Philadelphia, PA , 19103

The Philadelphia Chapter of WTS cordially invites you to a MEMBERS-ONLY professional development seminar: RESOLVING CONFLICT

The Philadelphia Chapter of WTS
cordially invites you to
 a MEMBERS-ONLY professional development seminar:

Whether we like it or not, conflict is often a part of our every day work experience.  In most cases, it is not severe and can be managed at the source level.  However, sometimes it escalates and can make us uncomfortable.

How can we learn to become more comfortable with conflict so that we view it as an opportunity?  How can we manage it and work towards resolution?

As a result of participating in this session, you will have the opportunity to:

- Examine feelings about conflict and preferences for dealing with it;
- Assess conflict resolution skills;
- Identify work situations in which conflict resolution is essential; and
- Examine ways to understand the interests of the other side and use them to create resolution.

All participants will receive a workbook.
