This program will focus on the status of women in the San Francisco Bay Area transportation industry. Join us for an empowering session as we provide a briefing of findings from relevant studies, including the recent WTS baseline study for our region conducted by our chapter's Glass Ceiling Task Force; best practices in diversity management; and success stories of women who broke through the glass ceiling to move our industry forward.
