Managing for YOUR personality type
You can be a great manager, regardless of your personality “type”! Understand your own personality better through testing and small roundtable discussion. Get to know yourself and create your own strategies to become a more effective manager.
Facilitator: Teryne Alexander, Compensation Analyst, MBTA
Light food and beverages will be provided.
Criteria for participants includes:
1. Must be a member of WTS
2. Must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the transportation industry.
3. May either manage people and projects in the transportation industry OR aspire to be a technical expert in the transportation industry.
Diversity in level of experience and background is a strength of the program that is strongly encouraged.
