Beth P. DeAngelo, PE – Deputy Area Manager & Vice President,

 Beth DeAngelo serves on the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) International Advisory Board and the WTS Northeast Regional Council.  She also is the immediate Past President of WTS’s Greater New York Chapter (GNY. Beth has provided leadership for a variety of programs in NYC to advance women in transportation.  Beth spends her days delivering planning and design consulting services as a Vice President of WSP|Parsons Brinckerhoff.  Earlier in her career, she also served as President of chapters of the Professional Engineer’s Society if New Jersey and the American Society of Highway Engineers. 

As Deputy Area Manager of WSP|Parsons Brinckerhoff’s New York City office, she focuses on NYC business development.  Beth serves as the Advisor for WSP|Parsons Brinckerhoff’s NYC Developing Professional Network for emerging professionals and oversaw a pilot mentoring program in 2014 to support career development. With 30 years in the transportation industry, Beth has served as Project Manager for a variety of infrastructure projects, and designed traffic engineering facilities for many public and private sector improvements.
