05:30 PM - 07:30 PM Eastern Standard Time

Come join WTS-DC for a light dinner and interactive presentation by Ms. Tonya Schreiber, Director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Infrastructure Protection’s Sector Outreach Programs Division. Ms. Schreiber’s presentation will highlight the similarities, differences, challenges, and successes of having four different generations in the workplace. A joint effort between WTS-DC’s Mentorship and Programs Committees, Ms. Schreiber’s presentation will also focus on the importance of understanding communication, learning style, and value system differences and how it affects our ability to interact with each other and how business decisions are made.
