Leading Across Generations: A Professional Development Event

Most teams have members from three generations: Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millennials. How does a Baby Boomer spur creativity in a Millennial? How does a Millennial spark ambition in a Gen Xer? Come join the Professional Development and Mentoring Committees of WTS-DC for a discussion on Leading Across Generations. Our experienced panelists, Nancy Connor with HDR, and Allison Davis and Katie Frost with WMATA, will provide insight on how to answers these questions and more.


6:00 to 6:30 p.m. - Registration, light dinner, and networking

6:30 to 7:45 p.m. - Panel Discussion

7:45 to 8:00 p.m. - Q&A

WTS Member: $40 | Non-Member: $50 | Student $30 (All prices will include a small processing fee at checkout.)
