Joint Evening Program: The Art of Negotiation

When was the last time you negotiated for something at work, whether for a raise, a spot on a great project, or work/life balance? Please join the Women in Hydropower Professional Group (WHPG), the Women in the Environment (WIE), and the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) on Wednesday, February 4th, for a presentation by Wendy Gillihan on how to negotiate as a woman in the workplace.

About the speaker: Wendy Gillihan is the founder of Gryffin Consulting, a boutique consultancy providing expertise in accounting, human resources, and business strategy for mid-sized companies, non-profit organizations, and high-growth start-ups for more than a decade.  Wendy is currently on the board of trustees for the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and was formerly the Chair of the Seattle Women’s Commission, advising the Mayor and City Council on economic opportunity issues.
