Greater Indianapolis: Gridlock in the Workplace - Removing Multi-Generational Barriers

Come join us at The Tapfor our Annual All Member Meeting. We will be reviewing all of the work and events our WTS Chapter has engaged in over the past year. Also, your Chapter President will announce your 2019 Secretary and Treasurer.  Congratulations to everyone who was nominated!

 

In addition to chapter business we will be having an intriguing presentation by Kim Goad from Butler University's Lacy School of Business on the challenges of multi-generational work places.

Kim Goad is the Director of Career Development for Butler University's Lacy School of Business. She leads 22 career development professionals who guide students through the 4-year "Butler Blueprint" program to a 99% placement rate. She also leads students on experiential trips & has taught Organizational Behavior and the site-based course Leadership London.

 

Kim has over two decades of industry experience in strategy, marketing, operations, & development with clients in a variety of industries. She has spoken to industry groups and conferences on topics such as Leadership, Attracting & Retaining Millenials, & Managing Multiple Generations in the Workplace, and is coauthor of One Girl Can Change the World & numerous business articles.

 

Kim earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, and her master's in counseling psychology from the Indiana University School of Education. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator & DiSC assessments. Her mission is to use her experience and skills to help organizations and individuals reach their potential.
