Greater D/FW Chapter: 2016 Lattes and Leadership

08:00 AM - 09:00 AM Central Standard Time

Come join us at the Lattes and Leadership meeting with Lani Marshall from Texas Department of Transportation!

Our popular Lattes & Leadership breakfast meet-and-greet is back! The WTS Greater Dallas/Fort Chapter is hosting a Lattes and Leadership program Sept. 2, from 8-9 a.m. Join us for an in-depth discussion with Lani Marshall, a procurement engineer with the Texas Department of Transportation.

Marshall has more than 16 years of experience in complex highway design, planning, transit engineering, and professional engineering procurement. She joined the PEPS Division of Texas Department of Transportation in 2014, and since joining PEPS, she has procured over $200 million dollars' worth of procurements. She holds a master's degree in civil engineering from University of Texas at Arlington, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional.

Lattes and Leadership is a free event that provides an opportunity to meet with a Central Texas woman leader in an informal setting. There is no pre-set format. Lattes and Leadership was developed to function as a round table with the goal of interacting in a relaxed setting and learning from the speaker about issues such as leadership, career goal setting, lessons learned along the way, navigating the transportation world, and life coaching type elements.
