Speaker Bio
Mike Sturino is serving in his sixth year as President and CEO of the Illinois Road and Transportation Builder (IRTBA).  An association executive, attorney, public administrator, and certified land use planner, Mike has served in a variety of transportation related roles.  He frequently lends his expertise in transportation issues with members of Congress, USDOT, IDOT, Tollway, the Governor’s Office, and with members of the Illinois General Assembly.  He is a member of the Illinois Tollway Strategic Advisory Team and its Route 53 Blue Ribbon Commission.  He also serves on a number of IDOT advisory committees.  Mike is serving his fifth term as Chairman of the Transportation for Illinois Coalition Federal Affairs Committee, where he also serves on its Executive and Steering Committees.  He recently served on Governor Rauner's Infrastructure Transition Committee.
