Harris County Precinct 3 Update with Tina Liu
Tina Liu is a Traffic Engineer with Harris County Precinct 3. As part of the Technical Staff Team, she provides a wide range of services to assist the constituents of Precinct 3. Tina has more than 12 years of engineering experience in design and construction. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of California, Berkeley. Before moving to Houston, she worked at Arlington County managing maintenance construction projects, ranging from sewer rehabilitation to asphalt/concrete reconstruction. She also worked on various construction projects in Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining Precinct 3, Tina worked on the Vision Zero Initiative, County Transportation Plan, Pedestrian/Bike Trail Study, Flashing Yellow Arrow Implementation, development of traffic-related standards and specifications, and several design projects under the Harris County Engineering Department. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, gardening, crocheting and re-arranging furniture
