Austin leaders are proposing a major change to City Code due to recent storms and severe flooding. The proposed City Code changes would increase floodplains, which means more property owners and businesses would be subject to new restrictions if they want to develop, expand, remodel, or improve their properties. Join us in a discussion about Atlas 14, a rainfall study conducted by the National Weather Service, and its impacts to the transportation and development community.
