SHELLY KENDRICK

Shelly is a structural engineer serving clients within the public and private sector of Ohio. Her transportation background includes more than 15 years of experience in both public and private industries, including bridge program management, inspection, design and construction; and specializing in solution-based project design, coordination and public relations during construction for significant gateway and corridor development. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron in Ohio.

·        Former liaison to the Committee for the Future of Civil Engineering at the University of Akron

·        Former board member & Scholarship Chair, Association of Bridge Construction & Design Northeast Ohio

·        Summit County Engineer Miniature Bridge Building Competition - Coordinator and Judge

·        Mentor to grade-school aged boys and girls in Ohio, furthering the interests of bridge engineering

REGAN HAMMOND

Regan is a results-oriented senior transportation planner and project manager with more than 13 years of experience. Her background is in comprehensive transportation planning at the local and regional levels, including specializations in performance-based planning and programming, policy analysis and development, corridor planning and concept development, public transit planning and service coordination, transportation demand management (TDM), bicycle and pedestrian systems, and stakeholder engagement. She also has extensive experience working with metropolitan planning organizations. She is the President of the WTS Atlanta Chapter.

HELGA JUNOLD

Helga currently serves as a Vice President within Arcadis’ national Enterprise Client Development team, providing seller-leader capabilities to build Arcadis’ business with large public agency clients. She has a distinguished 30-year career in infrastructure development marked by rapid progression and sparked by successes in building new regional business and business lines for an international consultants new to the North American market. She has solid experience in integrating culturally different organizations and she is able to drive and manage programs involving both systems and people.

ERIN CURTIS

Erin is a transportation engineer. Her transportation background includes a specialization in surface water, system design and construction management, emergency response, NEPA regulations and environmental resource protection. She has dedicated much of her time supporting the engineering profession as well as communities all over the world.

·        Paul L. Busch Prize winner, 2012, an ARCADIS award that recognizes employees who have made a significant contribution to human health and the environment

·        Traveled abroad to India, Honduras and Liberia to support engineering and construction efforts in          underprivileged areas

SHARILYN BAINBRIDGE

Sharilyn is an accomplished strategy, proposal, and marketing professional with an in-depth knowledge of the engineering industry. She is a Senior Pursuit Strategy Leader with more than 39 years of experience.  Her background is in the management of early pursuit engagement, capture planning leadership, driving a proactive approach, and presentation facilitation to win infrastructure work.
