During the workshop portion of this event attendees will engage on the topic of diversity, highlighting its connection to innovation and overall career performance. The panel discussion will focus on how making diversity and inclusion a core business value supports effectively building, managing, and leading teams.  Attendees will leave this event with a better understanding of diversity and its connection to innovation, and be equipped  with tools that will impact the overall outcomes of their respective business or organization. Refreshments will be provided.
