January WTS Reading Group – Mindset: The new psychology of success

12:00 PM - 01:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

Please consider joining us for our January Reading Group as we explore ideas presented in Carol Dweck’s Mindset: The new psychology for success, including how the beliefs we hold about our own abilities and potential shape our behavior and success, how a “fixed” mindset might hold us back, why professional women tend to adopt “fixed” mindsets, and how fostering a “growth” mindset can lead us to more satisfying professional and personal lives.
