Right now - there are four generations simultaneously working together in the workplace - Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z. Each generation differs in values, priorities,work habits, and communication styles. That last one ties everything together. How we communicate with each other - or don't - impacts the culture of a firm, the productivity of an industry, and the development of the workforce.
