WTS MN September 2013 Program: Interchange Site Tour & Happy Hour with Commisisoner Gail Dorfman

02:30 PM - 05:00 PM Central Standard Time

The Interchange and Darby's Pub and Grill
315 N. 5th Ave
Minneapolis, MN , 55401

Join WTS Minnesota for a site tour of the Interchange by Contractor Renee DuFour, followed by a Happy Hour Reception with Hennepin County Commissioner Gail Dorfman--WTS Minnesota's 2013 Honorary Member! Attend one or both event(s), as you please!

Construction is underway at the Interchange, the new multi-modal transportation hub and community gathering space in downtown Minneapolis. Located next to Target Field, the Interchange will open in April 2014 and serve as a vital hub for the METRO Blue Line, METRO Green Line (opening 2014) and Northstar Commuter Rail.

The project also includes a new administration building to house employees of the adjacent Hennepin Energy Recovery Center (HERC) facility. This particular project within the overall Interchange site is being managed by Knutson project manager Renee Dufour. In addition to providing an overview of the project, this program will focus on Renee’s specific role and the career path that led her there.
