Join WTS members for a tour of the recently renovated Transit Center at the Mall of America in Bloomington MN.

Derek Berube, Principal Engineer for Metro Transit, will lead a walking informational tour of the new facilities with components related to pre-construction conditions, site access, pedestrian flow, building amenities, and police/operator facilities. Join us after the tour for networking at Cantina Laredo (within the mall) where WTS will be hosting appetizers. 

 

WHEN & WHERE: 

Mall of America Transit Center

4:00 - 5:30 Technical Tour (meet in the Transit Station)

5:30 - 7:00 Networking at Cantina Laredo

$15 Members & Public Agency Partners

The WTS Public Agency Partner program is designed to encourage public agency employee participation at WTS events. MnDOT and Washington County are WTS Minnesota's first public agency partners, and their employees are welcome to register for WTS Minnesota events for the same cost as general members. 

 

This tour has physical limitations based on the nature of the event. Be sure to register ASAP!  If you register but cannot attend please let us know as we may have a wait list for this event. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is not required for this event but please wear comfortable walking shoes.
