The 2017 WTS Phoenix Chapter Jane Morris Mentorship Program kicked off March 29 with enthusiasm  and a presentation by Mentorship Director Paul Basha. Excited mentors and mentees take part in this eight-month program giving both sides the ability to learn from each other.

Mentors and mentees attend eight monthly lunch meetings in addition to meeting as a mentor-mentee pair each month. The monthly speakers are as follows:

  • 3/29 Successful Professional Characteristics, Paul Basha, City of Scottsdale
  • 4/19 Communication, Tammy Caputi, Yale Electric West
  • 5/17 Increasing Employability and Promotability
  • 6/21 Office Politics and Culture, Maisha Christian, Jokake Construction
  • 7/19 Professional Image, Danielle Casey, City of Scottsdale
  • 8/16 Teambuilding, Nicole Lance, City of Surprise
  • 9/20 Ethics, David Braaten, The Williams Institute
