Kevin Page is a multimodal transportation leader in large project highway, transit, and rail construction and service delivery. He is experienced in transportation policy, public/private finance, economic development, environmental planning, safety, and proposing and implementing realistic short- and long-range plans and executing initiatives in order to effectuate positive change. Kevin Page joined HRTAC as their first Executive Director in August 2015; and, since that time, HRTAC has successfully planned for, programmed, and advanced to construction over $1.6 billion in funded Hampton Roads highway expansion projects that set an unprecedented fast pace to deliver over $8.3 billion in road, bridge, and tunnel congestion relief projects by 2040.

Registration and networking starts at 11:30 am in the Regional Building Board Room and the program begins at noon.

0.5 Hours of PDH credits will be available for this luncheon. Forms will be provided at the registration table.
