Using Emotional Intelligence to Navigate Workplace Relationships

06:30 PM - 08:30 PM Eastern Standard Time

Please join us for this professional development workshop. Featured speaker: Brenda A. McIntosh Executive/Organizational Coach Certified My Life Compass Coach

Emotional Intelligence is "the ability to manage yourself and your relationships with others to live your intentions."  Too often,  emotions get in the way, or "hijack" our intentions and we react in ways that produce results that are different from what we intended. Join WTS in an interactive session designed to help you improve emotional intelligence in yourself and others by observing Moods, Emotions, Triggers, Self -Talk, and Voices. Learn to utilize techniques like Scanning and Being In The Moment. You will leave the workshop armed with techniques to assist you in managing all of your relationships, including those in the workplace.
