Chicago - Panel on Addressing the Gender Bias

WTS Greater Chicago Chapter is hosting a panel discussion titled Addressing the Gender Bias. The panel will be comprised of professionals with diversity experience from both inside and outside of the transportation industry.


Topics of conversation will include:

  • unconscious bias and gender bias
  • pay disparity
  • gender-loaded interview questions
  • employee resource groups, and
  • sexual harassment.
