Ms. Hill will provide information an update on the first Freight Mobility Plan for the 14-county, bi-state region. Completed in 2016, this plan supports the region's communities, transportation planning organizations, and manufacturing and logistics industries with a set of strategic recommendations and guidance that outlines decision-making processes and targeted regional actions and policies for priority investments within both urban and rural environments of the Greater Charlotte Region.

The WTS Charlotte Metro Chapter is pleased to host our Lunch Program on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 featuring Jessica Hill, Senior Planner with the Centralina Council of Governments (CCOG).

 

Ms. Hill will provide information an update on the first Freight Mobility Plan for the 14-county, bi-state region. Jessica Hill, AICP

Senior Planner, Centralina Council of Governments

Jessica Hill is a Senior Planner for the Centralina Council of Governments.  She provides planning services to the nine counties and jurisdictions within in the areas of land use and transportation planning, facilitation and public engagement, and sustainability. Her work focuses on helping local governments solve for community challenges through analysis and assessment of data, and engagement of residents and partners. Jessica received her Masters of City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
