Welcome from WTS Minnesota!
WTS Minnesota is a dynamic group of transportation professionals who for over 25 years have upheld the mission to “Advance Women in Transportation”.
Our chapter holds monthly programs open to our members and the local transportation industry. We pride ourselves in arranging top notch speakers to discuss current transportation topics that span the multi-modal nature of WTS.
As well as our programs, one of our chapters’ cornerstones is our scholarship program. In 2007 we embarked on a campaign to fund our scholarships in perpetuity. This will ensure WTS Minnesota’s commitment to awarding our two $2,000 scholarships annually for future generations. We are $7,000 away from our fundraising goal. The 2010 Challenge offers WTS Minnesota members and friends a way to help meet that goal. WTS Minnesota will match all donations given in 2010 dollar for dollar up to $3,000! As we all try to navigate the economic uncertainty of the world we live in, the power of a WTS membership is great.
