Set the wheels in motion now to directly impact the future by participating in the WTS Baltimore Chapter's Mentoring Program. Think about your first speech or presentation (whether via PowerPoint or a Tweetup), your first spreadsheet, your first grant, the first time you managed a project, the first time someone said, “Nice job” to you. Our mentoring program partners women just like you with other professional women who have a desire to succeed. Mentors and mentees have defined roles and responsibilities and support from WTS.
