Mr. Sleiman is a licensed registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a Certified Construction Manager (CCM).  He is an active member of several national organizations including: American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and local chapters BSCE and CMAA-NE.
 
Mr. Sleiman is a past chair for the CMAA National Board.  He is also a member of Northeastern University’s Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) Industrial Advisory Board.  
 
Mr. Sleiman received an honorary doctorate of engineering degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2018.  Mr. Sleiman was also awarded the 2018 National Person of the Year by CMAA. Mr. Sleiman was inducted to the CMAA’s College of Fellows in 2017, and the National Academy of Construction (NAC) in 2016. Mr. Sleiman was named one of Engineering News Record’s (ENR) Top 25 Newsmakers of 2009.  
 
Mr. Sleiman holds both a Master and Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
