WTS-Boston October Luncheon and Business Partnering EXPO

11:00 AM - 01:15 PM Eastern Standard Time

"Boston's Multi-Dimensional Transportation Vision"

The Honorable Martin J. Walsh, Mayor, City of Boston

As illustrated by the Mayor’s Life Sciences Corridor Initiative, transportation plays an essential role in the life of our communities – from economic development to quality of life for our senior citizens – the transportation network is transformative and multi-dimensional. Mayor Walsh is facing a myriad of transportation issues including the South Boston Waterfront, growing demand for  bike and pedestrian access, and the 2024 Olympics.  With a regional perspective, Boston faces its transportation challenges as an opportunity to build upon the strong network we have in place – to keep Boston and the region moving ahead.

In partnership with COMTO, this event will kick-off at 11am with the 5th Annual WTS-Boston Business Partnering EXPO.  If your Minority/Women/Disadvantaged Business (M/W/D) Enterprise and SDO-certified firm would like to exhibit at this event, click here.
