Apply to Become a WTS-Boston Emerging Professional!

The WTS-Boston Program for Emerging Professional Women selects up to two applicants each year to participate in this program to receive financial support, mentoring, and growth opportunities.  Eligible applicants must work in a transportation-related career and not be eligible to receive reimbursement from their employer for WTS membership expenses. Applicants should have no more than 5 years of full-time post-graduate professional experience in the transportation field.  Please note:  the former salary cap has been waived. 

Selected participants of the Program for Emerging Professional Women will receive:

  • Paid membership dues from January through December 2017;
  • Paid attendance at up to eight luncheons, the summer tour, professional development events, the 2017 Annual Awards Banquet, and the 2017 New Years' Reception; and
  • Advisor commitment from a senior WTS-Boston board member through December 2017.
